Your strategy is sound. Your talent is capable. Treebridge Advisors closes the leadership development gap that keeps them from adding up — with the strategic thinking, curriculum design, and C-suite fluency to make change happen at scale.
Your strategy is sound. Your talent is capable. And yet something isn’t translating — leaders who can’t quite navigate complexity at the level the moment demands, teams that talk around the hard things, a culture that moves more slowly than the business needs it to.
That’s a leadership development gap. And closing it requires more than training programs and off-the-shelf content. It requires someone who understands how people actually change — and how to design experiences that make that change happen at scale.
That’s the work of Treebridge Advisors.
Most leadership development fails not because the content is wrong but because it isn’t designed for how adults actually develop — and because no one is translating it into language the business can act on. Treebridge Advisors brings all three together: strategic thinking, rigorous curriculum design, and C-suite fluency.
For organizations that need senior leadership development expertise without a full-time hire — a strategic partner who builds the infrastructure, speaks to the C-suite, and delivers results that show up in the business.
One-on-one engagements that expand a leader’s range, deepen their self-awareness, and build the capacity to lead effectively through complexity and change.
Cohort-based and team programs that build collective capacity and the kind of trust that allows colleagues to learn together as they work together.
Dominic Longo spent the first chapter of his career at McKinsey, where he discovered that the most intractable organizational problems were almost always leadership problems underneath.
He spent the next two decades building the expertise to solve them — as a professor and university program director, an executive coach, a facilitator of senior leadership teams, and a designer of cohort-based development programs that have reached participants across more than a dozen countries.
He brings to every engagement a combination of professional capacities rare among L&D practitioners: the strategic lens of a former management consultant, the developmental depth of a researcher and educator, and the human attunement of a coach. The result is leadership development that is rigorous, practical, and genuinely transformative.
Dominic holds a Harvard PhD, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, and certifications in the Leadership Circle Profile and other psychometric tools. He is the author of Queer Flourishing (2025).
Connect on LinkedIn“Long after the conversations stopped, there are ideas and concepts — even just moments of appreciation for what we’re all uniquely capable of — that still pop up for me today. There’s still stuff happening in my professional development that I know came from these conversations.”— Kevin, CEO
“I appreciated how it wasn’t just ‘do these 10 things and you’ll be better.’ It was more the science behind it all — and drawing those connections helped reinforce and cement the concepts in a way that broader leadership programs don’t.”— Patrick, program participant, Pfizer
“I said, ‘Look, this is what you’re getting.’ His response was, ‘Reading this makes me want you even more.’ Months into the new role, after I spoke up in a meeting, he pulled me aside and said, ‘That’s exactly why we need you in that room.’ I didn’t have to enter that moment on weak footing.”— Adrian, Investment Director, major non-profit
“The biggest impact was an immense level of self-awareness. Almost every single time, I’m aware of entering situations or conversations where there’s potential tension — and I am in more control to choose how I want to respond. Just knowing you’re aware, and knowing that you have a choice, is immensely powerful.”— Jayzen, senior executive
“Dominic is a unique partner in that he sits next to you on the bench to talk about what you see, not across from you at the table to talk about what you should see. He is really gifted at bringing open-hearted curiosity, a sense of play, and supportiveness.”— CEO, Marketing/Communications firm
